Aggie's Antics

Hi, my name is officially Isabella Of Spain, but my mum calls me Aggie. I'm a 3 year old Border Terrier, and a good looking one at that. Mum says i'm a princess. My dad's name is Royal Warrant so I believe her. I've bags of confidence and not much rattles me, although a confident cat,(like that Terri at the bailey zoo), can be pretty scary.
Talking of the bailey zoo, thats where my fella lives. He's Bobby and we've known each other for 3 years. We holiday together with our relevant people each year.
That brings me to Exmoor and our annual vacation 2008. It was the third time that we have been to Westermill Farm. We go camping. It's setin a valley in the middle of Exmoor, so walks are great, with pheasants and partridge everywhere, although I don't normally chase birds when i'm at home, Bobby loves it and it is fun.
We were both naughty this year on one of our walks. We charged off down a steep hillside covered in heather and gorse,(chasing smells). Of course we just disappeared into the ground, as neither of us stand any taller than 13 inches at the shoulder. Our people were calling and whistling but we just wanted to follow our noses to the bottom at full speed with partridge going always in our path. Once we got to the bottom we did head back to the top, but it was easier if we didn't take a straight line up, so we wandered back and forth to make less of a physical accent. Well thats how we remember it. We got put on our leads though for taking too long.
One thing for sure though is you need thoughtful mum's. Because unless you have your own sleeping bag it can get cold at night. I wear a warm coat and get to sleep between the two girls from Bobby's family, it's well cosy.
There's a river that runs along side the field where our tents are, and i LOVE water. We had alot of rain this year and the current was very strong. It didn't stop me though, my mum put me on the flexi lead so i as safe.
The holiday was great, but we spent alot of time tied up in camp. But our mums made life comfortable with blankets and things to keep us dry and warm between walks and bedtime.
Well i'm back home in Bognor Regis now. Along way from Bobby, but pleased to be back into my routine. I've pretty much done nothing since getting back. Sleeping is great.
I will be back soon AGZ xxx
